SBCToto implements a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations and internal compliance requirements. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:
SBCToto aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of document submission. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of registration may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SBCToto grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:
The Platform is available on a best-efforts basis. SBCToto does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary downtime, maintenance windows, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control. SBCToto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, product, or service on the Platform at any time and without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour all confirmed bets and settled wagers at the time of any such change.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). SBCToto supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players are encouraged to review the current limits displayed within their Account dashboard.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to applicable KYC verification and anti-money laundering obligations. SBCToto targets withdrawal processing times of within 24 hours for fully verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
SBCToto does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player. SBCToto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above MYR 10,000.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, sport, or game. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.
A bet is considered confirmed and binding only upon receipt of an explicit confirmation message from the Platform. SBCToto reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a manifest pricing error, software malfunction, or data feed error. In such circumstances, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
For live (in-play) betting markets, SBCToto may suspend or remove markets at any time in response to match events, score changes, or irregularities. Bets accepted prior to any such suspension shall remain valid unless otherwise stated in the applicable sport-specific rules.
SBCToto's decision on all matters relating to the outcome of bets, the settlement of markets, and the application of these rules shall be final and binding, except where a demonstrable error in settlement can be evidenced.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, reverse-engineered, modified, or incorporated into any other work without the prior written consent of SBCToto. Unauthorised use of any SBCToto intellectual property constitutes an infringement that may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SBCToto shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions in service.
SBCToto's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by SBCToto's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Either party may terminate the Player's Account at any time. Players wishing to close their Account should contact SBCToto Customer Support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.
SBCToto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated by SBCToto for cause, any funds held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, SBCToto reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in full. Players dispute resolution is available via the Contact Us section below.
SBCToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The effective date of any amendment will be displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which SBCToto is incorporated and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to SBCToto's Customer Support team for informal resolution.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
